(1) The notified order so issued shall become law from the date specified in the notified order.
(2) In accordance with this Act, the notified order shall not apply as a law in the following cases –
(a) If amended or not this notified order comes into force as a law,
(b) If the Government of Nepal directs by notification in the Nepal Gazette that the law shall not apply (c) If it is not according to (a) and (b) above, as soon as 6 months have passed since it was published in the Nepal Gazette.
